DESCRIPTION
Classification: Exempt, Full Time
Reports to: Director of Program Administration
Location: Hybrid - Must live within 30-45 minute commute to Soul Fire Farm (1972 NY HWY 2 Petersburgh, NY 02914) for in person/on land events
Days and Hours: The position works 35-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on the needs of the program. Must be available to work in person, on farm 2-3 days per week along with occasional weekends and evenings required.
Salary and Benefits: $60,406 annual salary paid biweekly (equivalent of $28/hr). Health Reimbursement Account of $529.16 (Individual) or $1,066.66 (with dependents)/month. IRA Retirement Account with 3% match. Additional benefits, subject to funding, include:

Overview: The Administrative Program Manager is primarily responsible for supporting SFFI’s Program and Operations teams with administrative and logistics tasks and communications.
DUTIES
Program Coordination
Coordinate the hiring of drivers and creating the transportation schedule for all Immersion programs
Coordinate the childcare schedule and hiring of childcare professionals for all Immersion programs
Manage scheduling, role assignments, group registration and payment process for Uprooting Racism in the Food System Workshops
Coordinate emergent mission aligned-programs responding to community needs
Co-Coordinate 3D Skill Share programs
Communication
Respond to love@soulfirefarm.org and programs@soulfirefarm.org emails and Google Voice voicemail messages daily.

Hosting
Serve as one of the hosts for on farm programs which includes setup, guest welcome and registration, food serving, cleanup, and tour facilitation
Provide technical support for virtual programs
Represent SFFI at community events and local outreach programs throughout the year, many of which are on evenings and weekends
Data Collection & Analysis
Support with program tracking and data aggregation
Create/update feedback forms for staff, alumni, and program participants
Aggregate data and evaluation summaries in support of strategic goal setting
General
Copy edit digital and written materials, guidelines, and curriculums
Schedule program team meetings and ensure the team aligns with internal deadlines
Supervise at least one staff/contractor
Support with other administrative and program tasks as capacity allows
Participate in “all hands on deck” team responsibilities including meetings, strategic planning, SOULstice and community gatherings, and rotating miscellaneous tasks.
COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS
Excitement for and technical acumen to complete administrative tasks while spending the majority of working hours in front of a computer
Some weekend and evening availability required for hosting duties
Local or willing to relocate by May 2025 - Live within 30-45 minute commute to Soul Fire Farm and be available for in-person work 2-3 days per week. Relocation stipend available.
Personable and enthusiastic about engaging people who visit the campus and/or live in the community
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with Zoom, Google suite, Airtable & Eventbrite
Bilingual - Spanish (preferred but not required)
