Sunday, July 10 is National Piña Colada Day! Of course, that means that for #ThirstyThursday, we’re celebrating with this coconuty summer beverage.

Recipe for Piña Coladas:
Prep: 5 minutes
Total: 5 minutes
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 6oz white rum
- 6oz cream of coconut
- 6oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 cups ice
- 4oz golden rum (optional)
- Pineapple wedges or cherries for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Step one: Place the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and chunks, and ice in a blender. Process until totally blended.
Step two: Pour into glasses and top with and top with the golden rum (it should float on top). Garnish with pineapple wedge or cherries as desired!
